PawLife provides general pet nutrition and health information for educational purposes only. The app, including its AI features and food safety database, is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet's health.
PawLife offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
PawLife may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one per Apple ID.
AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely solely on AI output for health-critical decisions. AI features require an internet connection and may be subject to rate limits.
You retain ownership of all data you create in PawLife (pet profiles, photos, notes). By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit this data for the purpose of providing the service.
PawLife is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on food safety information or AI recommendations. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
